In 2014, May Chow graduated from Boston university and opened a steamed stuffed bun shop called Little Bao in Hong Kong. Her shop offers Chinese burgers, which are steamed buns filled with a choice of fillings including braised pork belly, fried chicken or truffles. Chinese burgers were so popular that in 2017, she won the Oscar in cooking -\-\ "Asia's best female chef".
